Sale and Shipping Info

When is the sale final?

A sale is final when the payment is received by my bank. I will ship out a piece within 5 to 7 business days, or I will hold a piece for two weeks from the date of purchase (if the customer plans to pick up the piece from my warehouse in Rockville, Maryland).

How will we get pieces to customers?

We ship pieces directly to customers. The website needs to calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and size of the piece and the distance to the customer. I would prefer using UPS or another well-known shipper like FedEx or USPS, but I may also use smaller local and bulk shippers. We only want to ship within the US now but would like to be able to see it in Canada as well.
